Take Washed Mutton pieces in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, haldi, 1/4 tsp mutton masala. Mix well and marinate it for 1 hr.
In a pan or Kadhahi heat 2 tblspn oil add whole spices and saute till aromatic. add marinated mutton pieces.
Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins from all the sides.
In a pressure cooker heat up the desi ghee.
Add onion and Chillies and saute for 2 mins.
Add Chopped tomatoes, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, red chilly powder, salt and cook till oil seprates.
Add seared mutton pieces and cook for 5 mins.
Add 1 cup water and garam masala and cover with the lid.
Pressure cook for 20-25 mins on low flame.
Sprinkle hara dhaniya and cardamom powder and bhuna jeera powder at the time of serving.
