Soak the Beydgi chilli and rice in a warm water for 10 minutes

Take fish add salt and turmeric rub now .add ground masala and besan flour mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes
Take marinated fish and spread semolina on a both sides and fry it in a hot oil till brown and crisp for about 10 on a low flame
Serve with onion slices and lime wedges
