  14. 3 spn tazi cream
  15. 1/4 cup doodh
  16. 1 cup pani
  17. Hara dhaniya -2hammach Kati hui

Instructions

  1. पनीर ke tukdo ko bhun kr nikal le ।
  2. Kaju ko v pani me 15minute bhigi kr pis le
  3. Tamatar ko garam pan me ubalkr chhilke utar le aur uska paste bna le
  4. Ek kadahi me tel aur butter dono grm kre usme jeera, adrak paste dal kr hlaka bhune fir tamatar puree milakr dhakr kr pkne de gadha hone tak
  5. Fir usme mirch, haldi dhaniya powder aur garm massala milakr bhune
  6. Massala thodi der bhun kr matar milaye aur dhak kr 2-3minute pakaye
  7. Jab massala pk jaye tab kasuri methi milaye
