rice flowers with cottage cheese potato filling

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. basmati rice 1/2cup
  2. Rice flour 3tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1/8tsp
  4. maggi magic masala 1/2tsp
  5. For Filling
  6. boil potato 1/2cup
  7. cottage cheese 1/4cup
  8. chopped onions 3tbsp
  9. chopped capsicum 3tbsp
  10. cabbage finely chopped 2tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Redchilli powder 1/2tsp
  13. pizza sauce 1tsp
  14. Oil for greasing
  15. tomato sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. First of all soak basmati rice for 20-25minuts
  2. After soaking strain rice through the seive and spread them on a cotton cloth let them dry
  3. After 5-8minuts take rice in to a plate and mix turmeric powder and maggi magic masala in it And also take rice flour in a bowl add little water and make a thin slurry
  4. Now for filling take boil potatoes in a bowl add onions capsicum cabbage cottage cheese pizzs sauce salt and red chilli powder in it
  5. Mix well all the ingredients of filling and make small balls of it
  6. Now dip this balls in riceflour slurry
  7. Coat it with basmati rice
  8. And put these balls in steamer and steam them for 15minuts
  9. After 15minuts you can see rice are cooked ,turn off the gas
  10. Serve these sunflowers with sauce or with your favorite chutney
