ABOUT Sunflower cup cakes RECIPE

Beautiful recipe for kids, with the refreshing colors of the spring sun flowers on top.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 100gm refined flour
  2. Two tbl spn butter
  3. Two tbl spn condensed milk
  4. Half tea spn baking powder
  5. 1/4 Tea spn baking soda
  6. Three tbl spn powder sugar
  7. 100 gm Whipped Cream
  8. Yellow food colour
  9. Choco rice
  10. Orange or mango essence
  11. Vennila essence

Instructions

  1. Put butter and powdered sugar in a bowl
  2. Beat till becomes fluffy
  3. Take Refined flour baking powder and baking soda seive it two times
  4. Add this flour mix into the butter, beat all this
  5. Add Vanila essence and half cup warm milk
  6. Mix all this and pour into the muffin moulds
  7. Bake in a preheat oven for 12 to 15 minute
  8. Cool it completely
  9. Whip the cold cream, till it reaches stiff peaks.
  10. Now add few drop of yellow colour and orange essence
  11. Now take a pipping bag, set a nozzle and put cream in it
  12. Now make design of sunflower and put some Choco rice in middle
  13. This gives an effect of sunflower.
