ABOUT Keema In Cabbage Cups RECIPE

A delicious side dish made from keema and served in cabbage cups.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams - Chicken Keema
  2. 1 - Onion, big
  3. 1 - Small size cabbage
  4. 1 tbsp - Ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp - Garam masala
  8. Pinch of turmeric
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 - Cheese slice to garnish
  11. Corriander to garnish
  12. 1 tbsp - Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash kheema, strain in colander and keep aside.
  2. Chop the onion fine. Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped onions till they turn brown. Add ginger garlic paste salt and add keema.
  3. Add the seasoning now and cover to cook for ten minutes on slow flame til all the moisture evaporates.
  4. Now uncover and roast for 5 minutes. Remove the dry keema and keep aside.
  5. Now open cabbage leaves carefully and wash. Arrange in a bowl and add keema in each cabbage cup. grate some cheese on these and add the coriander too before serving.
