Rajma curry with coal aroma

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Refined oil
  2. Turmeric Powder
  3. Corriander powder
  4. Red chili powder
  5. Salt
  6. Cream
  7. Curd
  8. Hing
  9. Chopped Onions
  10. Chopped Tomatoes
  11. Anardana
  12. Ajwain
  13. Ginger garlic paste
  14. Jeera

Instructions

  1. Chop tomato and onions
  2. Take a pan add oil, add some Hing, ginger garlic paste, saute till raw smell goes off then add chopped onions, tomato saute, then add all spice powders.
  3. Now add some curd in it cook it for few mins then add boiled rajma in it add cream in it cover the lid cook it for 10mins
  4. Heat oil for seasoning, add ajwain, jeera, anardana and pour over it.Switch off.
  5. Now heat a coal over a gas flame.
  6. Put the coal in a bowl and place the bowl inside the rajma curry. Pour some desi ghee over the coal and cover with the lid . garnish it with corriander leavesn cream and.
