Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Chana dal (Bengal gram)
  2. 2 Red chillies
  3. 1 Green chilli
  4. 1 Big onion
  5. 1/2 Bunch coriander
  6. 1/2 table spoon Cumin seeds (jeera)
  7. 1/2 table spoon Fennel seeds(saunf)
  8. 1 spring Curry leave

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal and red chillies for 4 hours
  2. Grind coarsely soaked dal and red chilli with one green chilli, cumin, fennel seeds, curry leaves
  3. In a bowl add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and coarsely ground mixture
  4. Flattern over your palm
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai
  6. Fry untill golden
