Khajoor is a storehouse of minerals.Health benefits of this Mediterranean fruit is immense.So I choose its pulp to flavor my all time favorite Lassi.You can not believe the result is so yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Arabian khajoor-15
  2. Curd -1/2glass
  3. Sugar-1tbsp
  4. Ice cubes-a few

Instructions

  1. Soak the khajoor in one cup water for 1 hour.
  2. Deseed them.
  3. Grind them with 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp sugar.
  4. Strain the pulp.
  5. Add 1/2 glass curd and few ice cubes and churn. Add 1/2 glass water and churn.
  6. Your lassi is ready
  7. Serve it garnished with khajoor pieces.
