ABOUT Khajoor Ke Ladoo RECIPE

This is a delicious and very healthy version of laddoos , made with dates. Dates are naturally sweet and arr very useful for the body so follow this quick recipe to make these for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Khajoor [dates] half cup
  2. gulkand 2 tsp
  3. ghee 2 tsp
  4. Almonds half cup
  5. half cup sugar
  6. Coconut pieces - 1/4 th cup
  7. Cardamom pods - 2

Instructions

  1. The are the ingredients used.
  2. Chop the dates into small pieces and remove the seed.
  3. Put coconut pieces , almonds into mixture grinder and grind them, keep them aside. Put pieces of dates in mixture grinder and cardamom pods as well. Heat some ghee in pan and add the dates paste, and cook for 4_5 mins until it losses it moisture, then turn off the gas flame.
  4. Add the coconut powder and almonds powder to the roasted paste of dates and mix it well. when the mixture coos down ,grease your hands with ghee and take little and with both hands make a round laddoos out of the same.
