Moong powder: Make a flour for dosa by dry grinding whole moong, cumin, coriander seeds, dry red chillies and dry ginger.
This needs to be a fine powder which can also be done in a flour mill.
This powder can be stored for 2-3 months in air tight container.
Dosa: Take a cup of moong dosa powder and mix salt to taste.
Add water to make a runny consistency like dosa batter.
Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes
Heat Tava. Smear oil and spread the batter with a ladle.
Cook properly from both sides.
The dosa would get a fine net and browning on cooking
Remove from pan and serve with coconut chutney or sauce of your choice.
