Very easy & healthy recipe for kids tiffin and breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Whole moong flour
  2. 2tbsp besan
  3. 3 tbsp semolina
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1TSP CUMIN POWDER
  7. Pinch of Asafetida
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  10. oil for greasing tawa+ 2 tbsp in the batter
  11. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and make the batter in water with the flowing consistency as dosa batter.
  2. Spread the batter on greased tawa and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.Flip it and again cook the other side for a minute.A gain add some oil on tawa and spread the batter and continue same process.
  3. Remove and Serve hot.
  4. Can be served with green chutney ,or sauce or tamarind chutney etc.
