Bananas are known as a complete food. Apples are the best fruit to have on a daily basis .Oats are incredibly nutritious, rich in antioxidants, lowers cholestrol levels and fights against high blood sugar level. It also helps in weight loss and reduces the risk of childhood asthma.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 medium banana ; sliced
  2. 1 apple ; chopped
  3. 1 tbsp oats
  4. 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cut up your banana and apples into chunks .
  2. In a blender , add in the fruits along with oats and milk .
  3. Blend till smooth .
  4. Serve chilled .
