ABOUT Thai Salad RECIPE

Few vegetables tossed in peanut dressing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes 2 boiled and cut into cubes
  2. Peas 1/4 cup boiled
  3. French beans (chopped and steamed) 1/2 cup
  4. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  5. For dressing:
  6. Roasted groundnut 1/2 cup
  7. Tamarind pulp 1 tablespoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Jaggery crushed 1 teaspoon (adjust according to taste) salt to taste
  10. Water 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  11. Roasted salty crushed peanuts 1 tablespoon to garnish

Instructions

  1. Grind groundnut, red chilli powder, tamarind pulp, water and jaggery.
  2. Add salt and mix well .
  3. Your dressing is ready
  4. Cut potatoes into pieces, add all vegetables in a big deep bowl.
  5. Add dressing (quantity as you wish).
  6. Toss gently so that all vegetables will be coated properly with peanut dressing.
  7. Transfer it to serving bowl and top with salty peanuts
