Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped raw mango - 4 tbsp
  2. Chopped cucumber - 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped mint leaves - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  7. Roasted crushed peanuts - 1 tsp
  8. Thai green dressing
  9. Thai green sauce - 1 tsp
  10. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  11. Brown sugar _ 1tsp
  12. Chilly flex _ 1/2 tsp
  13. Chat masala _ 1 tsp
  14. Salt. _ to taste
  15. Olive oil _1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add raw mango,cucumber,carrot and capsicum and mix well
  2. Add mint leaves,coriander leaves and peanuts
  3. Add thai dressing and mix well
  4. Garnish with roasted crushed peanuts
