Mushroom my favourite....
Properly wash mushrooms and chop them
Chop onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic..Saute it in pressure cooker with some oil for 2 to 3 minutes
Now this add blanched cashew nuts with cloves.
Saute all these together for 2 to 3 minutes and cook till 3 whistles
Whistle it
After that release the pressure and cool the mixture, and blend it in blender
Now add 2 tbs of butter into frying pan and add bay leaves and cinnamon stick and saute the mushrooms for a while and add the blended mixture into the pan. Boil till it leaves the sides and oil separates.
To this add coconut powder along with curd and simmer it for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve it with cream, enjoy your delicious gravy with rice, roti, naan or paratha..
