Sitafal or petha sabzi with singhara ke atte ki roti

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Sitafal aur petha 250 grams
  2. Two tomatoes
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. Sendha salt as per your taste
  5. Pinch of sabut jeera
  6. 1 spoon sugar
  7. 1 small spoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 small spoon jeera
  9. 1 small spoon dhaniya powder
  10. A pinch of haldi
  11. Green coriander for garnish
  12. 1 big spoon of oil
  13. For singhara atta roti dough
  14. 1 cup atta
  15. 1 small spoon sendha salt
  16. A pinch of red Kashmiri salt
  17. Little bit of oil
  18. 1/2 cup of atta
  19. green coriander

Instructions

  1. Sitafal sabzi
  2. Firstly peel the sitafal
  3. Cut into big pieces
  4. Wash them
  5. Now take a pressure cooker
  6. Put oil into it once oil gets heat up put sabit zeera into
  7. Once jeera starts crackling put green chilli, sitafal and all the masala's and sugar
  8. Lastly add tomatoes and mix all the ingredients
  9. Now put some water, close cooker lid
  10. 2 to 3 whistle on high flame then simmer for 10 minutes
  11. Now off the gas
  12. Once pressure is out of cooker open lid and mashed all the ingredients specially sitafal
  13. Lastly add some dhaniya for garnish
  14. Sitafal sabzi is ready for serving
  15. For singharha dough
  16. Singharha atta
  17. Sendha salt
  18. Red kashmiri mirch
  19. Green dhaniya
  20. Water
  21. Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough out of it
  22. Brush some oil on dough
  23. Now take a tava
  24. Brush oil on it
  25. Rub Some oil on pams
  26. Now make rotis with help of cylindrical belan
  27. Now put the roti on tawa
  28. And on sim flame cook rotis
  29. Put oil on both sides of rotis
  30. Singhara rotis are ready to serve
