Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat chapathi -5 (medium))
  2. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped green capsicum - 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped ginger and garlic - 2
  5. Green chilly chopped -1 small
  6. Red chilly powder or sauce - 1/2 Tsp
  7. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves - some
  9. Veg oil - 1 Tbsp
  10. Tomato puree - 1/4 cup
  11. Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
  12. Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. Take 5 chappathi, and tightly Roll it.
  2. Cut into fine strips
  3. Chop the onion and capsicum.
  4. Cut the capsicum.
  5. Chop ginger, garlic and green chilli
  6. Take a pan and add vegetable oil.
  7. Add ginger and garlic and green chilli
  8. Saute until golden.
  9. Add a capsicum.
  10. Cook till tender
  11. Mix the all ingredients, and add pepper and Red chill powder,
  12. Add tomato puree
  13. Mix and cook for 5 minutes
  14. Add salt
  15. Add tomato sauce
  16. Add chappathi Noodles
  17. Mix everything well. Add chopped coriander
  18. Serve
  19. And, It's time to plating :heart_eyes:,with Tomato sauce,
  20. And, give to the cute childrens,after serving, u can see one Magic, plate was clean:grinning:.
