Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chappati - 2(big)
  2. Chopped garlic - 1 tbspn
  3. Capsicum - 1
  4. Carrot - 1/2
  5. Onion - 1
  6. Olive oil - 1 & 1/2 tbspn
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Soya sauce - 1 tbspn
  9. Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbspn
  10. Spring onion, chopped - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut leftover chappati in thin strips
  2. Cut all vegetables in thin julienne.
  3. In kadai add oil and heat it.
  4. After oil heats add onion and fry till it turns pink in colour.
  5. Then add carrot and saute.
  6. After that add capsicum and saute.
  7. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and mix properly
  8. Then add chappati strips and mix everything together.
  9. Close with lid for 1 min
  10. Add spring onions mix and close with lid for 1 min.
  11. Open lid, mix everything and serve.
