Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover chapathis_6 nos
  2. Length wise sliced cabbage, carrots, capsicum,beans etc_one cup together
  3. Soya sauce_ 1 tbsp
  4. Chilly sauce_ 1 tbsp
  5. Tomato sauce_ 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper powder_ half tsp
  8. Finely chopped onions_ 1
  9. Garlic n green chillies chopped_ 1 tsp each
  10. Oil_ 2 tbsp
  11. Cilantro chopped_ 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1)heat oil in a kadai
  2. 2)cut the chapathis in strips
  3. 3)add chopped garlic, green chillies n onion in hot oil
  4. 4)add sliced veggies n saute well
  5. 5)add all the powders ( salt, pepper) ,mix well
  6. 6)add all sauces n stir well everything
  7. 7) finally add chapathi strips,mix everything well,n garnish with cilantro.
