Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chappathi 7-10
  2. Egg 3
  3. Small Onion 100gm chopped
  4. Tomato 2 medium size
  5. Tendered Coconut
  6. Oil
  7. Salt, chilli powder, danya powder

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, put some oil and chopped onions into it. Grind the coconut and tomato together completely and pour it to the kadai.
  2. At the boiling stage put the required amount of chilli powder, danya powder and salt into it and mix it well.
  3. Pour the eggs into it and stir it. So that the eggs are looking very small pieces like chopped onions and make to boil
  4. Now cut the chappathis to medium sized. Put the chappathis in to the mixture and make the mixture to drain complete. And serve egg chappathis hot.
