These jamuns are not very popular but I like them very much chewy outside and grainy inside. Prepared with paneer, soft mawa (homemade from milk powder). Almost same like simple gulab jamun .Only fried a little more for black colour

Crumble and mash paneer in a plate
Add mawa and maida. Add baking soda. Knead the dough with milk Cover it with a clean kitchen towel for 5 minutes.
After that divide the dough into 3 : 1 ratio
Add green food colour in less quantity.
Make balls from both the dough Keep the size of Green balls smaller than white ones.
Take 1 white ball press it in mid and place green ball in center the white ball then cover it all sides and make smooth ball.
Heat enough ghee in a pan and fry these balls while pouring the ghee over till it gets black in colour.
Soak the jamuns in sugar syrup for 2-3 hrs.
For sugar syrup- Take 2 cup sugar in a vessel and add 1 cup water. Simmer until the sugar dissolves completely.
After that check its consistency. it just like honey no need to any thread consistency. The syrup is ready.
