First,melt your jaggery with some water.Then strain it to remove its impurities and keep it aside.
Then,place your bananas in the steamer for 20 minutes
Next, into a mixing bowl, add rice flour, salt,cardamom powder,grated coconut and the jaggery syrup.Mash and peel the bananas and add it to this mixture.
Knead it into a smooth and soft chapati like dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, take the bay leaves and roll it into a cone.Fix it with a toothpick.
After the dough has rested enough,fill the leaves with the dough and place it in the steamer for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Once done,take it out and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Then you are ready to serve.
