Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Rice flour 300 gm
  3. Sugar 4tsp
  4. Milkmaid 2tsp
  5. Elachi powder 2tsp
  6. Coconut powder 5 tsp
  7. Jaggery 2tsp

Instructions

  1. First heat water in a pan on high flame.
  2. Now take one and half cup of rice powder and keep adding to the boiling water to make a dough like consistency
  3. Next take a pan and add sugar to caramelize it and boil the milk on low flame for a rabri consistency
  4. Now with the rice flour add little coconut powder and jaggery to the dough to make round balls or poolis
  5. Steam the round balls or poolis on a steamer.
  6. Once done keep it aside. Add the poolis in boiling milk.
  7. Keep stirring the poolis and rabri milk till it reduces to half and thicker consistency.
  8. Now add elachi powder and allow to cool. Refrigerate and serve chilled with dry fruits.
