Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer / cottage cheese 100 gms
  2. Small brocolli or cauliflower
  3. 4-5 babycorn
  4. Spinach leaves 4-5
  5. 1 small capsicum
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 chopped garlic
  8. Oil 4 tbspn
  9. Laung 2 crushed
  10. Ready-made tomato puree 1 pack
  11. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  12. Red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
  13. Chilly garlic paste 1 tsp
  14. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Sugar 1 tsp
  18. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  19. 1 small carrot
  20. 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Shallow fry the paneer cubes.
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. In the same oil put chopped garlic.
  5. Put the red chilli paste. Stir.
  6. Put the chopped onion. Saute.
  7. Turn off the flame. Add the crushed laung, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder , and sugar.
  8. Cook for a minute on a low flame.
  9. Add 1 cup of water and boil.
  10. Add the cornflour mixed in water.and stir continuously.
  11. Put the boiled veggies
  12. Bring to a boil .
  13. Serve with boiled rice or noodles
