Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer Big Cubes 1 cup
  2. Sweet corn 1 cup
  3. Corn flour 1 teaspoon
  4. maida 2 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ketchup 3-4 teaspoon
  7. Honey 1 teaspoon
  8. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  10. Garlic crushed half teaspoon
  11. schezwan sauce 1 teaspoon
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl , put cornflour , maida , salt n water to make a smooth paste
  2. dipp the Paneer cubes in it
  3. Coat them with Crushed Masala Lays n deep fry them
  4. Take another pan , put some oil, add crushed garlic, all the sauces n mix well
  5. now add Sweet corn into the sauce
  6. Now assemble the spicy n tangy sweetcorn
  7. n place the Paneer cubes on it .
  8. Serve Hot
