ABOUT Tangy Corns RECIPE

Corns with a twist. Yeah you are right corns with a tangy taste of honey and chilli and that too air fried. Perfect for little hunger.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet corns 1 cup
  2. Onions 2
  3. Capsicum 1
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  6. All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Chilli powder
  9. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  10. Tomato ketchup
  11. Chilli sauce
  12. Honey 2 tbsp
  13. Lemon 1

Instructions

  1. Boil the corns and keep it aside
  2. Now add corn flour and all purpose flour in it
  3. Add salt, chilli powder and olive oil in it and mix it well
  4. Pre heat the air fryer for 1 minute
  5. Now add chopped onions, capsicum and chilli in it.
  6. Air fry the mixture for 7-8 minutes at 150 deg temperature
  7. Now in a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil and then add tomato ketchup and chilli sauce in it
  8. Now off the flame and add honey in it
  9. Mix it well and add corns
  10. Sprinkle chopped onions on it
  11. Squeeze lemon on it and serve
