Add onions ,corriander, jaggery and mix very well with ur hands add salt
Take a small wok add oil let it heat up well add ur mustard seeds,cumin let them splutter add red chilli let it fry add curry leaves add turmeric
Add the tempering to the tamarind jucice when the temparing is hot u should hear the sizzle when u add it to the tamarind mixture.
