Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Suji 1 cup
  3. Oil to deep fry
  4. Jaggery crushed 1 +1/2 cup
  5. Water hot 2cups
  6. Saumf 1 tbsp
  7. White til 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take hot water Nd mix jaggery .
  2. Take wheat flour,suji,oil 4 tbsp .
  3. Mix saumf ,til and jaggery water .
  4. Make a dough with hand.
  5. Keep for 10 mnts .
  6. Roll it as chapati.
  7. Cut into diamond shape .
  8. Deep fry on medium heat.
  9. It will soft in starting after taking out from oil .
  10. But it will be crispy after cool.
  11. Keep in container .
  12. Serve with tea or coffee.
