Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1-1 cup Wheatflour
  2. 2-1 cup maida
  3. 3-2 spooncurd
  4. 4-1/4mitha soda
  5. 5-1/2 cup ghee
  6. 6_oil for frying
  7. 7- 2 cup sugar
  8. 8_water 2 cup
  9. 9- chery for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take all the dry ingredients in mixing bowl &Mix it
  2. Now add curd & ghee mix & rub with ur Palm atleast 7 to 8 mins
  3. Then add some plain water and kneed a tight dough
  4. Then cover the dough with a wet cloth leave rest for 45 mins
  5. After 45 mins remove the cloth and see the dough was become soft & sized in double
  6. Now take some dough make a small peda
  7. Now heat oil for deep fry ing when the oil is becoming hot then slow the flame
  8. Now put 4 to 5 pedas at a time in oil ,fry on low flame till all pedas are crispy golden colour
  9. In other side take a pan add sugar and water make a 2 strings sugar syrup
  10. When the sugar syrup is done then add fried balusahi pedas in it
  11. Leave it for few mins because the sugar syrup is observed in all pedas
  12. When all pedas are soaked and observed the sugar syrup
  13. Place in a plate all balusahi garnish with chery and serve
