Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour big bowl.
  2. Rice flour half bowl.
  3. Oil half bowl for dough
  4. Pan full of oil for fry.
  5. Kasoori methi handful.
  6. Carrom seeds. 1tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1tbsp
  8. Salt as to taste
  9. Black pepper as to taste.
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Make a tight dough of both flours add oil so tht dough should tight.
  3. Add less water.
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add carrom seeds
  6. Add salt
  7. Add black pepper.
  8. Each ingredients should be proper as i mentioned .
  9. Add kasuri meethi
  10. Now make small rolls press them in mathri shape.
  11. Keep a wok on high flame. Add oil.
  12. Heat proper.
  13. Now fry them.
  14. Mathri is ready.
  15. Eat with tea good snacks.
