Its a crispy, soft, fluffy snack time recipe enjoyed by all age groups.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 200 gms
  2. Rice flour 100 gms
  3. Onion 2-3
  4. Spring onion 3-4 twigs
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. curry leaves
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. Red chilly powder according to taste
  9. Coriander seeds/dhaniya 1 tbsp( coarsely grinded)
  10. Asafoetida(hing) 1 pinch
  11. salt as per taste
  12. cooking soda 1/2 Tsp
  13. Water as needed
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil to make a batter, don't make the batter very thin.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,when oil is hot drop little balls in it, fry properly from both sides, until it gets golden brown colour.
  3. Serve this hot,crispy,tasty bondas with spicy chutney or tomato ketchup.
