Fish,anyfish,1/2 kg
Salt & turmetic.
For Grinding
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Mustard 2tsp
For frying
Whole garam masala 1tsp ( cardamom, cinnamon,bay leaf,)
Jeera 1/4 tsp
green chillies 3
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Masala powders
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
Salt
Garam masala 1/4 tsp

Curd 1 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Instructions
Marinate with with some salt and; turmeric. keep for 10 min. Heat pan & fry the fish,till half done. Remove and keep aside
Grind together,onion,tomato and mustard seeds.
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan ,add whole garam masala,fry for a few sec. Then add ginger garlic paste,fry,then put green chillies.
Next pour the ground inion,tomato paste,,along with a masalas,coriander ,chilli powders,garam masala,salt and turmeric. Stir well. Then cover the pan, cook for about 10 min,till oil separates.
Then add fried fish pieces,cover it with masala leave it for a few min.then add 1 cup of water ,stir well.cover and cook till fish is done.
Then add well beaten curd and coriander leaves. Simmer for a few min. Without curdling. Remove
Serve hot
