Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gm fish ( deboned)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  4. Cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  5. Garam masala powder 1/2 tspn
  6. Oil 6 to 10 tspn
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  8. Rice flour 2 tspn
  9. Corn flour 2 tspn
  10. Sampling 1 tspn
  11. Orange food colour in traces
  12. Juice of 2 Lemons

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat the fish pieces with a kitchen towel to dry them completely. Make a marinade of ginger garlic paste,salt, chilli powder ,lemon juice ,food colour, 2 tspn oil . Let it marinate for 25 minutes.
  2. Now add both the flours to marinated mixture, add semolina and mix well
  3. In a non stick pan add some oil and shallow fry these pieces till done from both sides
