Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1cup
  2. Butter 4 tbsp
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp (according to taste)
  4. Water to make dough

Instructions

  1. Add salt and 2 tbsp of butter to wheat flour
  2. Add water to make a soft dough
  3. Cover and let the dough for 10 min
  4. After 10 minutes.. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it as big, as thin as possible. Don't worry if it tears up while rolling
  5. Now cut thin strips with the help of a knife
  6. Apply generous amount of melted butter on the strips
  7. Gather all the strips together to make one big long roll
  8. Now hold one end and roll it into a small disc
  9. And now with the help of a rolling pin roll it up to a small round parantha
  10. Heat up your tawa and cook your parantha on both the sides
  11. Serve
