Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl besan (gram flour)
  2. 5-6 Onions thinly sliced.
  3. 3 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. Red chilly powder
  5. Turmeric Powder
  6. 7-8 Green chillies
  7. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a deep bottom pan. Add cumin and chopped green chillies and saute.
  2. Now add chopped onions and saute it till golden brown.
  3. Now add besan (gram flour). saute it on low flame till aroma comes.
  4. Now add salt turmeric chilly powder as per your taste.
  5. Now add tomatoes and saute it.
  6. Now add water little by little saute it and then cover the lid for a minute.
  7. Now open the lid spread hari dhaniya and serve it with paratha or roti
