ABOUT Patiala Kaju Paneer RECIPE

This a combination of scrumptious spices and a milk based gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 medium onions
  2. 10-12 garlic
  3. 4-5 dry red chillies
  4. Paneer 250gm
  5. Kasturi methi 1 tbsp
  6. Sabzi masala 2 tbsp
  7. Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  8. Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
  9. Butter 1 tbsp
  10. Cashews 10-12
  11. Milk 1 cup
  12. Cream 1 cup
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Black pepper 1 tsp
  15. Haldi 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and red chillies, crush the garlic, and let them fry in shallow pan with little oil.
  2. Once the onion is golden brown, add garam masala, sabzi masala salt and haldi.
  3. Once the masala is cooked add finely chopped cubes of paneer and kusturi methi .
  4. So after the paneer has absorbed the flavour, add kaju paste, cream and milk.
  5. Cook for five minutes and your dish is ready.
