Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated paneer 100 gms
  2. Fried cashew 1 cup
  3. Grated onion 1 large
  4. Tomato puree 2 cup (4 tomato)
  5. Cashew powder 2-3 tbs
  6. Butter 1 tbsp
  7. Oil 1 tbs
  8. Garlic, ginger and chilli crushed 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Dry coriander powder 1 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Sugar 1 tsp
  15. Fresh malai 2 tbs
  16. Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  17. Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  18. For garnish :-
  19. Grated paneer 1 tbsp
  20. Fried cashews

Instructions

  1. Heat kadai add butter and oil.
  2. Add grated onion and saute till it turn soft.
  3. Add crushed chilli, ginger and garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder and cook it.
  5. When gravy leaves oil add grated paneer and fried cashew.
  6. Add fresh cream, cashew powder and kasoori methi.
  7. Cook for next 7 to 8 minutes.
  8. Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  9. Remove from flame, garnish with fried cashew and grated paneer.
  10. Serve hot with your choice of roti or paratha.
