Mix all sauces (soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup) in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan add green chilli, ginger, garlic, spring onions (green), onion, capsicum and bell pepper. Saute on high flame.
Add mixture of sauces and corn flour which is mixed in water. Keep stirring
Add salt if required (All sauces contain and so taste and then add if required)
Lastly add pieces of idlis and saute.
Transfer into serving plate . Garnish with chopped spring onions (green) . Serve hot.
