Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 carrot, chopped
  2. Few beans, chopped
  3. 1 potato, chopped
  4. Hanadful of peas
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 250 gms paneer
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tbsp ginger
  11. 1 tbsp garlic
  12. 1 onion, chopped
  13. Few mint leaves
  14. 1 tomato, chopped
  15. 2 green chillies, slit
  16. 3 tbsp oil
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Few coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Put 2 cups of water to boil. Add carrot,beans,peas,potato,salt,turmeric powder and boil for about 10 minutes. Do not cook on pressure cooker.
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil and butter and add chopped green chilly,cumin seeds,ginger,garlic,onion,tomato, mint leaves and salt . Cook well. Grind coriander leaves without water in mixie.
  3. Add this paste to the boiling water. Add paneer. Cook till the gravy reduces.
