Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green moong daal with skin 1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. Spinach 1 cup (chopped)
  4. Bathua 1/2 cup (chopped )
  5. Onion 1 (chopped)
  6. Haldi 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli 3 (chopped)
  9. Jeera 1 tsp
  10. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Til chutney ingredients
  14. Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  15. Green chilli 1
  16. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  17. White til 1 tbsp
  18. Salt
  19. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind moong daal.
  2. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. Make balls and deep fry in hot .
  4. Grind the ingredients for chutney and serve with fritters.
