Ideal filling and healthy Waterchestnut flour fritters ,served with tangy tomato potato chutney,complete meal for a fasting day also a healthy snack for any day ,no garlic no onion but tastes wonderful.

Ingredients Serving: 2
For fritters :-
100 grams Singhada flour
Half carrot grated
1 medium potato boiled mashed
1 green chilli fine cut
Some corriander chopped
Salt to taste
1/tspn zeera powder
1/2tspn red chilli powder
Oil to deep fry
For potato chutney:-
1 big potato boiled
1 big tomato grated
few curry leaves
1/2 tspn aesofetida/hing powder
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
1tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
1/2cummin corriander powder
1tspn mix cummin and mustard seeds
Corriander to garnish
1 1/2 tblspn Oil ir ghee optional
Instructions
Boil potato cool and mash in bowl and grate half a carrot in it
Add seasoning and the Singhada flour now and mix with water
Make semi solid fritter dough
Mix well and keep 3-4;minutes in fridge
Heat oil well and start dropping fritters keep flame medium
Fry golden
Remove the fried fritters as well done
To make Potato chutney:-
Keep ready boil mash potato
Take tomato grated and curry leaves
Heat oil in a kadai
Heat sum water and add to the boil potato mash
Add cummin mustard seeds and curry leaves ,splutter
Add tomato grated with all dry spices mentioned
Mix well roast for 5 minutes and add the potato mash
Mix potato mash cook well for 5 minutes ,as it thickens put off gas.
Remove in a bowl garnish with corriander
Serve these hot and enjoy the combo
