Fariyali/Fasting Halwa made of singhada flour

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Singhada flour 1 cup
  2. Clarified butter 1/3 cup
  3. Jaggery / Sugar 1/2 cup or as per your taste
  4. Milk 1 1/2 cups
  5. Dry fruits to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom wok heat clarified butter ( ghee) and add singhada flour
  2. Roast with constant stirring till nice aroma comes
  3. Add milk mix well and cook covered for 2-3 mins on low heat
  4. Add jaggery / sugar mix it well and again cook covered till sugar dissolved
  5. Garnish with dry fruits.
