Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhare ka atta -1 cup
  2. Pure ghee - 1 cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Sugar -1 cup
  5. Dry fruits as per required
  6. Cardamom powder -1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a deep pan heat ghee. Add singhare ka atta and roast.stirring continuously till golden brown in low flame.
  2. Add water and stir till water is absorbed. Add sugar and mix till the sugar is dissolved and it forms a lumps and ghee leaving from sides. Add cardamom powder and off the flame.
  3. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
