Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Nutela soya granules 1 packet
  2. Mustard oil
  3. Onions (2 pcs)
  4. Tomato (2 pcs)
  5. Garlic paste (1 tbsp)
  6. Ginger paste (1 tbsp)
  7. Green chilli (2)
  8. Salt (1 tbsp)
  9. Jeera (1 tbsp)
  10. Turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp)
  11. Red chilli (1/2 tbsp)
  12. Garam masala (2 tbsp)
  13. Green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak chunks in water for 10 minutes or till your masala gets prepared.
  2. In mustard oil, put zeera and chopped onions. Fry them well.
  3. Put chopped tomatoes with garlic and ginger pastes and green chillies to it.
  4. Put all the 4 spices mentioned and let it get cooked well.
  5. Squeeze the water of chunks and put it in the masala. Cook it well for few minutes on low flame.
  6. Garnish it with fresh green coriander leaves and serve hot with bread and rotis.
