ABOUT Cheesy Poppers RECIPE

A quick tiffin recipe with some easily available ingredients

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread 4 slices
  2. Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
  3. Frozen corn 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped tomato 1
  5. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Mixed dried herbs 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Butter 1/2 stick

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen corn and keep aside.
  2. With the help of a cookie cutter or bottle's lid cut round slices of bread
  3. Heat Appe Pan and put a drop of butter or oil in each indent
  4. Lightly press the slices of bread with your palms and put one slice in each indent of Appe Pan
  5. Spread tomato ketchup and put 1 teaspoon of assorted vegetables
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper and mixed herbs
  7. Top each popper with 1/2 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some more herbs
  8. Let it cook till the cheese starts to melt ( it will take around 3-4 minutes)
  9. Take out and serve with tomato ketchup
