ABOUT Coriander Mint and Carrot Parathas RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour a cup
  2. Mint leaves 1/4 th cup
  3. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 th cup
  4. Carrot chopped and par boiled 1/4 th cup
  5. Black seeds 1/2 a tsp
  6. Salt a tsp
  7. Oil a tbsp + extra 3 tbsp for making the parathas

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned.
  2. Keep the dough covered for at least 10 mins.
  3. After that, roll the parathas and cook them on medium to low flame.
  4. Serve these with any raita of your choice or even a pickle. It tastes equally good as it is also.
