Tried to give some different taste to our routine poories, with the flavours of coriander and mint.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups.
  2. Soya flour 1/2 cup.
  3. Mint leaves 100 grms ( 1 cup mint leaves)
  4. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped.
  5. Green gram Sprouts.1/2 cup.
  6. Coarsely ground Zeera 2 tbsp
  7. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  8. Green chilli crushed 1 tbsp/ red chili powder.
  9. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste.
  12. Garlic crushed 3 to 4 no .
  13. Oil for deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Blend mint and coriander.
  2. Coarse grind beams too.
  3. Take both the flours, add all masala mentioned.
  4. Add beans. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  5. Mix everything . Make a tight dough( poori dough)
  6. Heat oil , roll the poories in circles. Cut in 4 ( samosa shaped).
  7. Fry in medium hot oil. Enjoy with cup of coffee if eating in snacks.
  8. If eating with lunch or dinner enjoy with potato curry.
