Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For stuffing: Carrots (grated) - 3
  2. Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoon
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Green chili and ginger (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
  5. Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder - 1/3 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/3 teaspoon
  9. Hing - a pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For cover:
  12. Dough (normally used for chapattis but made with salt)
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the carrots and mix all things of stuffing. Take enough quantity of dough, make a small chapati add mix 2 spoon filling in it.
  2. Now seal this with the help of your hand. And now put it on board and give the shape of Parantha with the help of roller.
  3. Now put it on tawa and cook from both sides on medium flame. And pour oil on both sides. Carrot Parantha is ready. Serve with butter and curd.
