Take all the 3 types of flour in a plate.
Add in the salt, turmeric powder, green chilli/ ginger-garlic paste. Add in the chopped methi leaves, grated lauki and boiled rice.
Next add 1 tsp of oil, curd and sugar. Now knead the flour.
Take a ball of kneaded flour in your palms and give it the shape of a muthia, like wise prepare all the muthias.
Now take a steamer and steam all the muthias for 15 minutes. To check if it's cooked, use a knife.
Then cut the muthias into flat round shapes.
Take a heavy bottomed pan, add 1 spoon of oil to heat. Then add in the jeera and til.
Next add in the muthias and saute for a few minutes.
Add in the lemon juice and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy your muthias.
